A Canada-based customer requested the development of an application that would help to select the right vacancy for a disabled person and to control the employment process.
Reports and CV generation in accordance with the information provided by the HR agency client was another functional feature.
Delivered solution
To create an application that would satisfy the client’s request, SmartexLab brought together a team of a Product Manager, QA Engineer, and three developers.
The delivered application allows for the creation of clients’ databases taking into account their particular requirements, limitations and abilities, the selection of the right vacancy for a person and vice versa, the opportunity to control the client’s employment, the creation of statistic reports, and CV generation in accordance with the information provided by the client.
The application is available in English and French.

Helps to collect information about the clients taking into account a list of their particular requirements, limitations and abilities. This is extremely important for matching the right person with the right position and to see their compatibility percentage.
- Opportunity to control the client’s employment
Makes it possible to trace if the selected position was a correct fit for the role and if the client was employed.
- Creation of statistic reports and CV generation
Enables HR agencies and employers to collect the clients’ particular requirements for a possible position, their limitations and abilities which help making the CVs relevant to the suggested vacancies.
