A new web application was developed for HR agencies and employers providing vacancies for people with an impairment, disability or limitation. The application helps to select vacancies for disabled people and to create the clients’ databases taking into account the particular requirements, limitations and abilities.
Reports and CV generation in accordance with the information provided by the HR agency client was another functional feature.
The delivered application allows for the creation of clients’ databases taking into account their particular requirements, limitations and abilities, the selection of the right vacancy for a person and vice versa, the opportunity to control the client’s employment, the creation of statistic reports, and CV generation in accordance with the information provided by the client.
The application is available in English and French.
