A UK-based client referred to SmartexLab to create a suitable solution that would integrate with specified CRMs in order to increase the efficiency of the sales calling and phone recruitment processes.

Delivered solution

SmartexLab built MVP in first 4 months and later delivered a full solution that enables easy communication between the client and its customers, supports employee collaboration by creating groups, assigning phone numbers to those and adding employees to the groups.

Moreover, the designed web application allows for the providing of information to billing providers (so-called call data record files).
